- Wash and pressure cook millet by adding salt and water as per 1:3 ratio that is 3 cups of water for 3 whistles. Let it cool.
- Finely chopped tomatoes,onions and garlic.
- Heat butter/ghee and saute onion and garlic. Further more add, tomatoes and saute till the butter separates. Then add all the spices, peas,boiled vegetables and cashews. Mix well. Add juice of lemon, salt and coriander, mix and turn off the heat. Our bhaji is ready.
- Separate millet with hands and mix mint leaves.
- Now in a baking tray spread the prepared millet layer, then bhaji layer. Cover it with grated cheese. Bake it for 20 minutes on 180℃.
- Serve hot.
They are chili cheese dosa, pav bhaji dosa and veggie pizza dosa. These lip smacking dosa's are too delicious to miss. Then add the capsicum and fry for a minute,then add tomatoes,salt,pav Bhaji masala and red chilli powder. Fry till tomatoes turns soft and mushy and then add all the veggies,stir well. Wash the chillies and pat dry with clean kitchen towels.
