Steps to make Beetroot Gooseberry Mukhwaas:
- Wash the Beetroot, peel it and then grate after drying it.
- Wash the gooseberry, dry it and then grate it.
- Now mix both of them in a glass jar and add sugar.
- Now leave it for 6 days. Stir time to time and also put in sunlight for some time.
- After 6 days filter it with a strainer and when the water is removed properly, mix in the black salt.
- Now dry it under the shade in a cotton cloth,After 4-5 days, it will become totally dry.
- Fill it in a jar after it is dried properly.
- Note: you can store it for 1 year or more in air tight container and You can use the water obtained from filteration as juice. Use glass jar only for it's preparation.
