The ingredients needed to make Pickled Amla:
  1. Prepare 10 amla/ gooseberries
  2. Take 1 tbspn salt
  3. Take 2 cups Water
  4. Get 4 green chillies
  5. Get 1 tbspn vinegar

Instructions to make Pickled Amla:
  1. Take the gooseberries and wash them well. Wipe with a tissue. Similarly wash chillies and slit them in the middle.
  2. Make slits in the gooseberries with a knife. Make sure your hand are clean and dry.
  3. Boil water in a vessel add salt to it and mix.
  4. Drop the gooseberries and cook for 10 minutes till colour changes.
  5. Cool completely and add the green chillies and vinegar.
  6. Store in a clean glass bottle and keep in sunlight for a day.
