- Now add the egg mixture and with a wooden spoon or plastic spatula mix the ingredients evenly around the pan.
- Add the remaining 3 eggs ensuring to keep the yolk whole. Very carefully mix some of the egg whites in with the mixture, be careful not to burst the egg yolk.
- Allow the omelette to cook and a low heat until the bottom is cooked.
- Once the bottom of the omelette is cooked, place the omelette under the grill for a few minutes. Check on it regularly. Make sure the handle of the pan is outside of the grill and the pan has no plastic.
- Before for the top of the egg is fully cooked, take it out and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Put it back under the grill for a couple of minutes, checking on it regularly.
