- Add 2 cups of water in curd and blend it. Add salt cumin seeds, carton seeds and blended curd in millet flour, mix well without any lumps.
- Now in a thick bottom pan, add this mixture & let it boil, stir continuously.
- Once it starts boiling, turn flame on slow & let it cool until it thickens, keep stirring. It will take 5-7 minutes.
- Add more one cup water and continue to stir on slow flame and let it cook till flour is cooked properly without raw taste.
- You can add water if the flour is raw. When it cooks completely & reaches at desired consistency,turn off the flame.
- Sprinkle roasted cumin seed powder at the time of serving. Serve hot.
