- First roast brinjal and mash it.
- Heat oil in pan and add jeera, rai, curry patta and chopped onion and saute it.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and tomato, then add all spices and fry it.
- Then add green peas and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Then add mashed brinjal and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Then take out the Bharta in a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
- For bhakri: take 1 bowl flour and mix water and make soft dough of it and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Now make rotis out of it and spread ghee on it.
- Baingan Ka Bharta and bhakri is ready.
