- Get 3 cups besan
- Get 1 cup ghee
- Prepare 2.5 cups powdered sugar(or more if more sweet required)

- Take a nonstick kadhai, heat ghee. Keep flame low. Add siffed besan to it once ghee melts.
- Mix ghee and besan well. Keep stirring. Continuously on a low flame for about 10-15 minutes.
- Besan will form a smooth paste like consistency. You can observe the golden colour of the besan, if it hasn't developed,keep roasting more.
- After it get desired consistency and colour, remove kadhai from heat. Stir it to cool down.
- NOTE- don't add sugar instantly. Let the besan mixture cool down for atleast 20 minutes.
- After it's cooled, add the sugar,elaichi powder and nuts(optional) and mix well.
- Take a ball size from dough and roll between palms to form round shape.Similarly make the remaining ladoos.
- You can make any design if you want. I topped it with dried cranberries. Don't wait, just take a bite!!!!!!!!!!
