- In a bowl add 1 &1/2 cup water,add citric acid, salt, sugar powder,
- Add asafoetida, turmeric powder and mix well till sugar and citric acid melt.
- In another big vessel sieve 2 cup of Besan and add masala water in batches then mix well and stir it for 5-7 min. Then rest for 10 min.
- Then add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon baking soda and mix gently in one directions the better will double in size.
- In idli cooker boil water keep stand and greased cake tin pore immediately better in it tap and cover the lid and cook it for 15 min.
- In a pan add oil, mustard seed, asafetida, kadi leaves, green chilli, and water, then add sugar and salt and let it boil till sugar melt then keep aside
- After 15 min. Let Cool dhokla for 5 min. Then cut it into square shape and pore warm tadka evenly over it. Now keep aside for 10 min. Till dhokla absorb all juice then serve it in serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander.
