- Get 1/2 kg liver
- Get 2 big ripe tomatoes
- Take 1 big onion

- Take 1/2 green capsicum
Personally I love the liver flavour and this guide is meant to celebrate that flavour hence the minimal use of spices. Simply fry the bacon crisp and remove before adding the liver to the skillet. The distinctive taste of liver can be toned down a bit by soaking the liver in milk for an hour or more before cooking. The brown bits left in the skillet can be turned into gravy by adding a few tablespoons of flour or cornstarch and water or milk.

- Boil the liver until tender. Meanwhile prepare other in ingredients by chopping and grating.
- When all the water dries add oil, garlic and onion. Saute them for 2min then add spices and stir well then add tomatoes and salt, let it fry for 3min then give a good stir.
- Add 1/4 cup water and the capsicum then let it cook for 3min covered.
- Remove and serve
Fry the liver from one side for a minute and then turn it to the other and keep it some more time in the pan. To identify the right time when it's ready, you can prick it and the liver should let some juice out. If it still bleeds, you need to fry it some more time.
