- Slice the salmon into 120gm. Heat up frying pan and add in cooking oil, quick fry the salmon both side (each side 1. 5min).sorinkle salt and pepper ontop the salmon then is ready.
- Strain out the pasta water and then pour in the creamy sauce into pasta. Stir well.
Add the cream and bring to boil. Stir in the spinach, cheese and herbs. Return the pasta to the pot and toss to coat with the sauce. So, creamy smoked salmon pasta was born. But despite being a semi-random fridge dinner, it was a massive hit!
