- Take 1/2 cup Green moon dhal

- Get 4 Dry red chillies
- Prepare Few Curry leaves
- Take 2 tbsp oil
- Get to taste Salt
Combine the rice, whole grains and liquid in the basket of your rice cooker. If you plan to eat the multi-grain mixture as a hot breakfast cereal, add in cinnamon, brown sugar, dried fruit or orange peel for extra flavor. Wash them by rubbing with your hands. In the pot, add white rice, sweet rice, beans and grains.
Steps to make Multi grain rice:
- Wash and soak rice, pulses and legumes and vegetables for 15 mins.
- Cook 1:2 ratio in cooker with salt and 1tbs ghee, After the 1st whistle, reduces the flame and keep for 8 mins.
- Let it cool, now dry fry all the ingredients and grind as powder.
- Keep a pan add 1tbs oil, fry onion and keep. In the same pan add oil, tempering mustard seed, dry chilli, curry leaves and add with rice and add ground powder also. Now add 1cup hot water with tamarind paste and salt. Mix well. Sprinkle coriander leaves and 1tbs ghee. If the consistency is too thick then add more hot water,.
- Serve healthy and tasty rice with papad.
Add brown and wild rice only. Stir in broth and white cooking wine. Increase heat to high; cover and bring to a boil. Stir in white rice and carrots. The multi grains provided a nice crunchy texture with additional flavour, nutrients and fiber.
