Remove and lastly add lemon juice mix and serve hot. In the states of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu they add fresh grated coconut in the last and serve. Instructions to make Poha (mixed with bhel):
- Firstly wash Poha and keep aside in a big bowl, put little haldi in Pohu. In a Pan/ Kadai, roast peanuts for few minutes and then put Oil when heating put mustard seeds and Jeera when crackles put chopped Onions stir for few minutes, then put curry patta, put chopped boiled potatoes and put peeled chopped tomato in it and cover the Kadai for few minutes.
- Then put haldi, Red chilli powder salt and Pohu, stir for a while, then put 1/2 lemon juice and cover the Kadai for few minutes and garnish with coriander leaves and Mix Bhel and serve hot.
Instant Poha Mix ,no cook ready to eat poha-just add Hot water in the mix and your soft and fluffy Poha is ready in few minutes.
