  4. Add salt and 3 cups water.Cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  5. Mutton is tender now,stir and cook till water dries,add garam masala,cook for 2-3 minutes.Put off flame and leave for 5 minutes.
  6. Lalmaas is ready to serve.Serve with rice/roti.
