- Add your crayfish, debone your mackerel fish and marsh, add to your sauce, keep stirring
- Add curry, salt and seasoning cube to taste.. Wen you av a well fried and combined sauce, turn off the heat
- For the yam. Slice your yam to desired shape, soak in salted water, heat oil and deep fry. Wen ready set on a strainer or paper towel..
