I used to make quinoa muffins with lots of chopped vegetables (carrots, peppers, mushrooms, whatever it was on hand) but this gives the whole idea a new twist. Cut the chorizo, olives & jalapenos in pieces. Fry the chorizos for a few minutes with a bit oil in a bit pan.
