  2. When potatoes is done(make sure it’s not over cooked).. mash and let it cool.
  3. Add flour,salt and egg to mashed potatoes and knead(this is why you need to let it cool so that the heat doesn’t cook the egg)
  4. Roll out on a board an cut as shown below
  5. Now you can boil your gnocchi at this level but I like to shape mine (you can make it into any pattern of choice)
  6. In a pot of boiling water, put in dough.. it will sink to the bottom of the pot and come up when it’s done
  7. Drain and serve as you wish (I already made tomato sauce so I mixed it in some sauce) Enjoy🦋
