- Get 140 grms Egg Whites (about whites of 4 eggs)
- Take 200 grm castor sugar

Instructions to make Meringue Cookies:
- Mix egg whites with castor sugar and mix it. Cook this egg whites on double boiler till sugar is desolved then add lemon juice.
- Now whisk this egg whites and sugar Mixture with electric beater till soft peaks form.
- Put a drop of colours in sides of piping bag with star tip nozzel. Then pour the Mixture in it. Make any shape meringue cookies.
- Bake them in 100° degrees F for 1 hour 45 Minutes. (Meringue cookies loses it's place when it's done).
- Meringue cookies are ready to serve. Put them in jar and enjoy your sweet carvings.
