- Heat a Kadhai or pan and then dry roast the Millets and then wash it and boiled it in water and salt for 5-7 minutes and keep them aside.
- In another pan put oil and then add the whole spices and saute it for 30 seconds.
- When there is a nice aroma then add the cumin seeds and after the crackling of the cumin seeds then add the chopped onion in it and cook it till they become translucent.
- Then add the cashew nuts, green peas and chopped green chilli in it.
- Cook it for some time and when the green peas are half cooked then add the boiled millet in it and mix it well.
- Add salt in it and again cook it for 5 minutes in low flame. Now your Millets green peas pulao is ready to serve. Serve hot with any raita.
