Paal paniyaram is one of the favourite chettinadu sweet recipe.this recipe actually made with raw rice.instead of raw rice i prepared it with millet.it so healthy and tasty. Kuzhi Paniyaram Recipe - Varagu Arisi Kara Kuzhi Paniyaram Recipe-Kodo Millet Kuzhi Paniyaram Recipe This video explains the process of preparing Varagu Arisi Kara Kuzhi Paniyaram / Kodo Millet. - First soak dal, kodo millet, samak rice and methi Dana for 4 hours

- Now heat 1tsp oil add mustard as they crackle add chana dal curry leaves switch off gas add the tadka over to fermented batter.
- Now mix all coriander, chilli, beans and carrots. Mix it well. Batter should be semi thick in consistency.
- Heat paniyaram pan pour the mixture apply oil lower the heat cover and cook one side.after 5 minute flip them and cook both sides.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.
Let the consistency be idli batter consistency. Always cook in moderate flame. if you are grinding in mixie first grind the cooked rice, then add raw rice for easy grinding. i used kodo millet, you can replace it with foxtail millet or barnyard millets, or little millet.
