- In pan add jaggery add little water and boil it for 10 mins.After that filter it and then again boil it for 10 mins.Cool it now add gooseberries in jaggery syrup
- Keep this bowl close night to morning.In morning take gooseberries from Jaggery syrup.Put it in sunlight for 6 hrs.
- And then again add this gooseberries into same jaggery syrup and keep it close.In morning keep gooseberries in sunlight Repeat this process for 3 days.
- Now it's ready,gooseberries absorbs Jaggery syrup and became dry.You can add sugar instead of jaggery.
- In mixie add 2 tsp of palm sugar.Grind it into powdered form.Now mix it well to gooseberries.Store it in airtight container.Healthy gooseberry palm candy is ready
