- Make ready 1 cup wheat flour
- Get 1/2 cup millet flour (bajra)
- Take 1/4 cup gram flour (besan)
- Prepare 1/2 cup shredded cabbage

- Take 1/2 cup fresh fenugreek leaves (chopped)

- Prepare 2 tbsp Ginger +garlic +green chilli paste
- Take handful fresh coriander
- Make ready 1 tsp coriander powder
- Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
- Make ready to taste salt
- Prepare 2 tbsp oil
- Make ready For tempering –
- Make ready 2 tbsp desi ghee
- Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Get 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Make ready pinch hing
- Take 2 whole red dry chillies
- Take 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Take 1/4 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
Instructions to make Mix Vegetable Muthiya:
- First in a vessel add wheat flour, millet flour and gram flour.
- Next to add all veggies –shredded cabbage, carrot, fenugreek leaves, onion, peas, fresh coriander and ginger+garlic+green chilli paste.
- Next to add all dry spices – salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, mango powder, coriander powder, oil and mix everything well.
- Add little water and knead like a dough.divide the dough into equal sized portion and make muthiyas using hand.
- Meanwhile heat a steamer and grease a steamer plate. place all muthiya on the steamer plate, cover it and cook on high flame for 15-20 mins.
- After done let them cool and then cut into pieces.
- Now heat ghee in pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds,sesame seeds,red dry chillies.once they start to crackle add all cut muthiya, mix well and cook for 2-3 mins.
- In last add chopped coriander and mix.mix veg muthiya is ready to serve.
