  3. At the same time I dehydrated a pineapple which I will chop up and add the the mix.

Stir water, oil, and vanilla extract into the oat mixture; spread onto a baking sheet. Toss the oats, coconut, and almonds together in a large bowl. Whisk together the oil and honey in a small bowl. This granola recipe is also a far more healthy granola option, since it's made with whole grains, unrefined oil and naturally sweetened. You just can't beat freshly baked granola packed with delicious and good-for-you ingredients.
