  2. Heat a pan… Put sugar and 1/3 cup water in pan.. Stir untill sugar dissolved into watr.. Whn it propr dissolved dn we off the gas… We keep stiring sugar syrup untill chnge into tagar… Tagar knwn as dry sugar bura…
  3. Aftr making tagar.. We need pan.. Heat the pan.. Put desi ghee and put besan.. On medium low gas we keep stiring the besan.. Once fregrance cm starting dn we off the gas.. Add dryfruits in it..consistency should be nt so much thick or nt so much thin…
  4. Aftr little cool down besan we add our tagar.. And strt to make laddus..
  5. Garnishing with almonds.
  6. Our laddus are ready..

Instead of besan flour I used a gluten-free blend of millet and sorghum flour and a bit of of standard white flour. Next, add cardamom powder, milk, and cinnamon, then stir and remove the pan from the heat. So, the ingredient list to make these ladoos is pretty small but here are few things to keep in mind! Roast the besan properly: the most crucial thing to keep in mind while making besan ladoo is to make sure the besan is roasted well.
