Keep a flat pan on medium high heat; apply a little oil on the pan.

- Grind tomatoes,green chilli and make a puree.combined besan semolina,turmeric powder,red chilli powder Garam masala and tomato puree make a batter with adding required water.
- Heat dosa pan.spread little batter on it.spread oil.cook until become a little roast.
- Cut with kitchen scissor in between.then fold like cap.see in pictures.then serve with sauce.
Besan Dosa is also known as Besan ka Cheela, gram flour dosa or puda. This specific recipe is a fusion of traditional chila and crispy dosa. Keep it on medium heat and cover it with a lid.
