  5. Take 1/4 tsp elaichi powder
  6. Make ready 4-5 tbsp ghee

Instructions to make Mango Besan Burfi:
  1. In a mixer jar add cut mango cubes, milk powder,sugar and make a thick smooth pulp.
  2. In a thick bottom kadai heat 3 tbsp ghee. Add besan and stir it continuously till you get a nice aroma and besan changes it's colour. Remove it from Kadai.
  3. Now in same Kadai add the prepared mango pulp. Add elaichi powder and stir continuously till the pulp becomes in thick consistency.
  4. At this stage add the roasted besan into the mango pulp. Keep stirring continuously till it forms the burfi consistency.
  5. Here in the below picture you can see that mixture is in burfi consistency.
  6. Transfer this mixture to a burfi tray or plate greased with ghee. Add finely chopped cashew nuts on it. Allow it to cool and set. Then cut into pieces of your choice.
  7. Enjoy delicious Mango Besan Burfi.

You can make Mango Burfi with fresh ripe mangoes or u can even use the preserved Mango Pulp. The besan burfi mixture will leave the sides of the pan or kadai. The use of besan together with semolina gives the besan barfi recipe a rich, slightly coarse mouth-feel like some exotic badam based barfi while the proper procedure of roasting these two ingredients well. Wash the mango and peel the skin. Cut the flesh portion into medium size If it is off-season, we can use ready-made mango pulp available in stores and make this Burfi..
