  19. Take 8/10 Lehsun
  20. Make ready 3 tsp Tilli
  21. Make ready 8/10 Peanuts
  22. Make ready to taste Salt,red chilli,turmeric according
  23. Take 1 tsp Oil

Making baigan ka bharta - vangyache bharit. Mix all the bharta ingredients in a bowl. Prepare tempering using the ingredients given above and the method below. Want a nice spicy dry besan based sabzi then try Zunka.

Steps to make Zhanzhanit Besan, Bhakri, Bharit theccha:
  1. For making besan,collect all the ingredients,cut all the veggies.Take a kadhai orr pan,put onion,lehsun,peanuts,tomato,green chilli in eat.cook for few minutes then put besan in it,saute properly.when it looks like half cooked,put all masale and water in it.raund the spoon in all over sides to cook besan.After 15/20minutes it may be ready.see according to your making.put Coriander in it.
  2. Besan is ready.
  3. For theccha,take all the ingredients,put oil and all things in it one by one,when it's cooked.Take a side for cooling.
  4. After cooling,made the theccha in a Grinder mixer pot.Theccha is ready.
  5. Now for bharit,Take one big baingan,cook on a Gas flame.when it cooked and become soft,take a plate and separate it's shells.mash it and put all veggies in it.
  6. Take a pan,in oil,made ready tadka with cumin and mustard seeds.put all the mashed bharit in the pan.put all the masalas according to taste.saute it properly.after 5/7minutes Garnish with Coriander.Bharit is ready.
  7. Made jawari flour dove one by one for making jawari roti.it's a hand made roti.cooked on tawa and Gas flame.Thus Maharashtrian chavdar zhanzhanit Besan,Bhakri,Bharit and theccha is ready to serve.😊
