  1. For dhokla put besan in bowl then put curd and whisk it well.
  2. Now put all the ingredient except eno fruit salt and whisk until it becomes fluffy
  3. Now put eno fruit salt mix it lightly and put the batter in a greased mould and steam for around 15 minutes
  4. Check dhokla with the help of a toothpick and allow it to cool
  5. Now cut the dhokla into square
  6. For tempering put oil in a pan then put mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves and saute until it crackles.now put green chillies and water and simmer for around 1 minute
  7. Now put the tempering over dhokla and allow the water to soak completely
  8. Now serve dhokla with green chutney and hot tea
