  3. Cut washed, but un- peeled potatoes into tiny pieces about 0.5 cm cubed, but not smaller, or they will mush. Add to pot with the water and stir well.
  4. Crumble in Stock cube, stir, then add Garlic and Black Pepper, to taste.
