- Let them cool for 5 minutes, take the skewers and dip them in water for ease in piercing through the liver. Pierce a piece of liver followed by a tomato then another liver then onion then another liver then hoho(keep alternating).
- Brush them with oil to coat the liver,tomato,onion and hoho. Place them in the oven(gas mark 2) for 10 minutes. Serve hot as a delicious snack.
