- Now to the liver, place it on heat let it boil with its water, once done add cooking oil,then your onions, cook until they have sweat, add your tomatoes, but cover it dont mix, for a minute.
- Once done, add your salt and if you like add spices of your own choice, mix everything together and put off the heat.Serve and enjoy with some ugali… Bon appetite
