Mutton Liver ( Goat Liver / Kaleji ) Taken From The Farmed Raised Goat Certified By Doctors For Human Consumption, Known For Its Taste, Texture, Juiciness & Softness.   6. Add in qasuri methi, vinegar, green chillies, ginger n put on dum for 2 mins.
  7. Dish out and garnish with corriander leaves and serve.
