- In a sufuria put the liver and let Cook under low heat for about 10minutes
- Add some cooking oil and let it fry for about 3-5minutes
- Add tomatoes and onions and let it cook for about 4 minutes till the tomatoes form a paste
- Add coriander-mix well and switch of the source of heat
- It's ready to serve!!!
