Steps to make Kimchi:
  1. Slice your cabbage and add salt to it in a resealable bag. Leave for 1 or 2 hours
  2. Pour away salted water and rinse your cabbage.
  3. Add the garlic, ginger, fish sauce, sugar and chilli flakes. Massage the bag until mixed.
  4. Leave out away from sunshine for 2 or 3 days. Water will continue to come out of the cabbage. Massage twice a day for 10 seconds to keep all cabbage moist.
  5. Put into containers, refridgerate and eat when you want!
