  11. Now add turmeric in oil on pan and saute it with rice.
  12. Then, put all types of colour rice in the bowl and set it for 5 mins.
  13. Keep a plate in it and turn the bowl.
  14. Take away the bowl and serve the rice with fish, aloo dum or chicken.
