- Add water and allow it to cook till it’s almost well cooked
- To layer the rice add your beef followed by the potatoes, sliced tomatoes and carrots
- Top it with the rice cover add more stock water (enough to finish cooking the rice) cover with foil paper then bake till the rice is well cooked
- To served flip the rice on your serving tray and enjoy
- Recipe note: you don’t have to use a bowl or bake the rice I don’t have a tiny pot that will contain my food that’s why I used a bowl.
- If you’re using a pot layer the meat and veggies then add your fried rice before adding enough water/stock to cook the rice.
- You can use any slices of your choice like cumin coriander and all spice are great substitutes. You can also use minced meat, shredded chicken, veggies such as egg plant, zucchini, sweet potatoes and the rest.
