- Take 1 big onion
- Take 2 Medium-sized Tomato

- Get as per taste Salt
- Get 1/2 cup water (150 ml)
- Make ready 50 ml oil mustard,
- Take 1 red chilli and
- Make ready as required curry leaves for tempering
Cut ginger in thin small pieces. Mix together mango pieces, lime pieces, ginger pieces, chili pieces, salt, red chili powder, fenugreek and mustard powder, turmeric and asafetida. Put all the ingredients into a preserving pan. Slowly bring to the boil until the sugar has dissolved.
Steps to make Mixed Spicy chutney:
- Wash all ingredients and Chopped everything into medium size.
- Keep the pan and pour 2 tablespoons of oil wait upto oil getting heat then add the ingredients one by one into the pan and give lite stir with the medium flame for 10 mins till onion turned to lite golden colour.
- After 10 min turnoff the flame and let it get cool for 5 mins.after that transferred to mixey jar, put Salt and add water to make fine paste.
- For tempering keep one vessel pour the balance oil let it heat then put mustred sees,red chilli and add that paste into the tempering and cook it for 5 mins in low flame.
Add any vegetables of your choice and quickly whip up this easy dish.. This tamarind infused chutney complements most of the Indian.
