- Fry your eggs on medium high heat and let them crisp around the edges but the middle still runny. Serve your rice with crispy fried egg, sambal, cucumber and tomato.
This recipe is a perfect reflection of that delicious dish. It's interesting to me that the addition of curry is what gives this dish it's unique taste. This is a new family favorite comfort food! My only change was the addition of peas to make it a complete meal. Nasi putih, cabe merah, bawang bombay, bawang merah, serai, kunyit, ketumbar, pala, ebi kering asin, daun kari, daun jeruk, sayuran (wortel & jagung), margarine nasi goreng kunyit nai goreng.
