  11. Take 100 g. chestnut mushrooms, sliced
  12. Get 100 g mange-tout
  13. Make ready 1 red pepper, in short slices
  14. Make ready 300 g carrot, in thin batons
  15. Take 1/4 Savoy cabbage, shredded with the core diced small
  16. Prepare 2 tbsp mirin
  17. Prepare 2 tbsp soy sauce (I always use Pearl River Bridge dark but that’s just our preference)
  18. Get 1 (120 g) packet black bean sauce
  19. Prepare 450 g ready-to-wok noodles

Finally, a little more out there, I like to do the oil and sliced garlic, then add pork belly, when the pork belly is brown add some sesame oil to get the flavour into the meat, then add some korean kimchi, and that nice and warm, then add some garlic shoots, or asian chives and green onions, add some soy and a little lemon if you want, and. When broccoli is thawed, add the pork+soy mix, sesame oil, mirin or sherry, pepper, and as much water as needed to make a nice sauce. (I find pork comes out more tender if simmered than fried. Slice the pork tenderloin and cook the slices in oil. Add sliced bell pepper, garlic, and ginger.

  1. Mix the pumpkin oil and black pepper. Toss the pork strips in it and set aside for Step 3 below.

  5. Add the noodles, stir all together thoroughly and cook for a final 90 seconds. Served immediately onto pre-warmed plates.

Off heat, stir in the broccoli and drizzle the dish with sesame oil. Like all stir fry recipes, this recipe comes together astonishingly quickly once you start cooking. On a cutting board, thinly slice the pork tenderloin and transfer to a large bowl. Mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic. In the meantime, mix together the stir fry sauce.
