Instructions to make Egg Masala Pulav:
- Add ghee in a pan and add all the spices.After it releases it's aroma add in the water and bring to boil.
- Add enough salt, little of lime juice and cook the rice at low flame
- In another pan add oil and ghee,to this add crushed onion.once it's translucent add shallots,ginger-garlic paste and crushed green chillis.make sure the onions are brown in color,add in tomatoes and cook for another 5 mins..1. Add coriander and chilli powder and saute well.to this add water to make gravy and season it with salt.
- Once the gravy is thick add in the cooked eggs,garam masala,coriander and mint leaves.
- Take a kadai, brush it with ghee.Add a layer of rice and garnish with fried onions.Add a layer of onion masala. Again add a layer of rice with fried onions,cashews and raisins.garnish with coriander and mint leaves..
