Peel the potatoes, prick all over with a tooth pick and mix the green chutney. Add the marinated potatoes and cook on low flame until they are half done and the water content is evaporated.   4. Add Green Chillies. Mix.
  5. Add Nutmeg and Mace Powder and Garam Masala Powder. Mix.
  6. Add Potatoes and Cook while stirring for 1 and 1/2 minutes on Medium Flame.
  7. Drain the Water that is in the Rice. After draining the Water add 2 more glasses of Water in the Boiled Rice.
  8. Add the Rice in the Potatoes and Spices Mixture.
  9. Cook for 10 minutes on High Flame so the Water Evaporates. (Make sure the Potatoes don't burn.)( If you're worried Potatoes will burn take them out and put it in a bowl. Add it later in the Rice.
  10. Tasty Pulao is Ready.
