- Tip the melted butter into the pancake batter and stir to combine
- Take spoonfuls of the mixture and blob onto your frying pan
- Once bubbles start appearing on the surface, flip them over to cook on the other side. It should take 3-5 mins on each side
- Repeat the process until the batter has run out. Pop finished ones in a warm oven to keep warm while they wait for the rest
- Serve with a topping of your choice. Bed optional but it certainly enhances the experience!
