- Add other ingreds,deseeded and choped tomatoes,break down briefly the tomatoes with wooden sooon,.Then maini..try not to get maini masha leave to cook gently until maini r soft and cooked and well seasoned inside..can add quater cup of water just to help tomotoes to cook!
- Add mixed papers and corriander at end for some crunch and fragrance and color and health!!!..bismillah enjoy with many items InshaAllah..esp for breakfast with Chapati,bread,or lunch with rice,ugali with even maandazi!! (fufu/ gari)…
