Raan E Sikandari ( Lamb Leg). This is leg of lamb cooked with dark rum, herbs and spices. For this favourite of the great Sikh soldiers of the British Raj, now, much Murg-e-Changezi. A whole grilled chicken breast slowly cooked in a masala with chicken stock.

- Wash and clean chicken at first. Make deep cuts on both the sides of the thighs. Roast Garam masala ingredients mentioned above on a low heat and then grind it to a make a powder. Marinate these chicken thighs with this powdered Garam masala and all the rest of the ingredients mentioned.
- Keep well covered in the refrigerator overnight or for atleast 3-4 hours. Barbecue on a charcoal grill or bake them in a preheated fan assisted oven on 240° for 50-60 minutes on the last rack. Cover with an aluminium foil when done halfway through just to prevent it from darkening on top.
