  8. Heat the ghee
  9. Add baisan
  10. Stir continuesly medium to low flame
  11. Countisly stir then baisan colour nice golden brown and nice smell at least 20/ 25 mins
  12. Then add cardamom
  13. Also add khoya and stir good
  14. Add nutmeg and mace keep stirring it
  15. Then add sugar syrup
  16. Stir continuesly at least for 15 min
  17. Add almonds and pistachio
  18. Very delicious halwa ready to eat
