- Grind ur Egusi and Crayfish together put in a clean bowl,slice onions and add water…mix to foam a paste
- Place a pot on medium heat put palm oil add onions to it and your ground red pepper, scotch bonnet,tomatoes, onions, garlic and shallow fry then you put your Egusi paste,seasonnings,mix and cover to cook for 10 minutes
- Add your chopped ugu leafs and little salt and cover to cook for 5minutes
