- Next, add the vegetable oil to a sauce pan then heat for few seconds, add diced onion and saute, at this point add the blended tomatoes and pepper then start to fry, half way frying add the fish and and fish stock, you can mash the fish a bit if you like, I mashed mine a little
- Fry till dry then taste and adjust if necessary
- Put down and serve with yam
