- Heat your vegetable oil in a sauce pan, add sliced onion and fry for few seconds, add the blended pepper and onion, fry for a while
- Add the mashed garden egg and fry for about three minutes, add the fish and fish stock, add the pounded bonga or crayfish, fry till sauce is dried.
- Taste and adjust the taste with stock cube and salt, then put off your heat.
- Peel and cut your yam to your desired shape
- Put into your cooking pot, add salt then boil.
- Serve with garden egg sauce. Note: palm oil can also be used in place of vegetable oil.
