Bake with avocado instead of butter and oil. In food processor, combine avocados and cream cheese. Place avocados in a medium bowl and add lemon juice to prevent browning. In a large pot or saucepan, melt butter.

- Dice all the ingredients that need dicing.
- Add the Spinach to the bottom of the serving dish Chopped
- Mix all the diced ingredients so it's all combined. Add on top of the Spinach sprinkle Lose Corn. Also the Mozzarella cheese1. At the top add the relish in blobs and the mascarpone +tomato pesto just a few blobs here and there. Add the eggs quartered on top.
- Then add the Grated egg white on top cover and chill serve chilled.
