Put gnocchi into boiling salted water. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the sage leaves and fry for a few minutes until they start to become crispy. Drain the gnocchi and add the boiled gnocchi to the pan with the sage butter. TIP: Cook the gnocchi in batches if your frying pan is not big enough to cook it all in a single layer (you want it brown and crispy).
