  4. Now take the dough,roll it.
  5. Cut small pieces,& press it with the help of fork.make all Gnocchi peices like this.
  6. Boil the water put salt,& 1 tsp oil in it.add all. In it.
  7. Boil it 2 miniutes,all Gnocchi will float this time.
  8. Strain the water. Keep it a side.
  9. In another hot pan add butter,let it hot,put Garlic saute it.
  10. Add black pepper,boiled tomato pure,stir it.add sugar salt, veniger, cornflower, origeno,let it boil 2 miniutes.
  11. In a serving plate put Gnocchi,pour sauce in it.sprinkle origeno in it.
  12. Serve it hot - hot.
